Researching it on my own helped me a lot, and I wondered why more people didnt try it for their own social anxiety.
I realized that other people didnt have easy access to this information because most of the science of psychology is hidden away in journals.
But I could change all that.I wanted to design something that not only taught cognitive behavioral therapy, but made it fun.
Something that would be affordable to everyone.
Something interactive and encouraging in a way no other mental health app ever had been.So I switched fields to software engineering and made a smartphone game that treats social anxiety.
